房间够大，挺舒适的，一个卧室，一个带厨房的浴室，房间里有熨衣板和熨斗，设施很全。 每天打扫房间是单独收费的，11磅/天，应该在预定房间的时候，标注在网站上。

房間滿大的，冰箱聲音有點吵我們沒用所以就拔掉了，暖氣有點強，車站附近有小賣店即便晚歸也能買點零食跟水，有附早餐但我們沒時間吃，離Victoria車站只要一站就到很方便

選住one bedroom apartment，房況相當滿意。既然是 service apartments，原本期待就跟飯店不同，房間寬敞，非常乾淨，睡床和沙發都舒服，有備品，每日有house keeping，已經滿足我所有需求。有小流理台，冰箱微波爐餐具紅酒杯都齊全，很方便。櫃台很友善。附近是學校，晚上這區極安靜但一早學生的各種活動有點吵。離地鐵站不遠，附近也有公車站牌，去主要景點還算方便。

It was a great pleasure stay in the hotel. The environment nearby the hotel is safe and quiet. The hotel is close to Pimlico tube station within 5 minutes walk.

很大的空間感，很滿意，近Pimlico站，小瑕疵就是洗手間門鎖壞了，整個手柄掉下來，差點被砸到腳，還有對街的房間會有點吵，因為對著小型足球場，七，八點小孩子的喧嘩聲就來了，隔音也普通，早上總聽到砰砰嘭嘭的聲音。

All of our apartments have showers or baths with showers. Whilst we employ team members from all over the world, all speak English and are trained in the requirements of their role. 房間很大 倫敦巿區十分舒適的住宿
雖然不近倫敦各景點 但交通其實很方便 距離underground只要5分鐘路程 而且也是位處zone 1內所以去其他地方都很方便 房間非常大 是倫敦巿區少有的 但要注意沒有爐具不能煮食 但basement有洗衣房和乾衣機 自攜洗衣粉就可用 fitness room和泳池設施也可免費使用 總括來說 是倫敦巿區十分舒適的住宿體驗

Worth to stay
very convenient location with just 5 minutes walk to the nearby Pimlico underground. 15 minutes walk to Victoria station. Staff was very helpful & attentive. We're so impressed that Staff helped us to find the lost phone. Breakfast is also good with lots of variety.

Good location spacious room
It was my second time staying at Dolphins House. Although the apartment was old it was well maintained and was spacious and comfortable. This time we were put in a renovated one however it was not as good as the last unrenovated one, the washing machine didn’t work at first touch and the kitchen door was fitted at the wrong side hiding the fridge when it was opened.

Nice bachelor pad with some history by the Thames.
This place at the rather political notorious Dolphin Square provided a bijou apartment that was just comfortably a bachelor's pad. At check-in I was given a WiFi access voucher that was only valid for one device, to connect other devices, you either tethered to your mobile phone or had to pay extra. The living is joined to a small kitchen, that has a stove, a microwave oven and a small fridge freezer, there is no washing machine or dishwasher. There is a launderette in the apartment complex, a dry cleaners, a gym and spa and a local supermarket/grocery. There is a flat screen television in the living room and the bedroom with ample storage in the reception. You probably cannot run a home office from this apartment and there is no air conditioning or fans installed. It is close to the Pimlico Underground Station and for casual walks the Thames Path leads to Chelsea Bridge and on to Battersea Park. It was quiet when I was there. For a few night's it is ideal, it would in my view work for long stayers as a home.

The property was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The property has a spa, a restaurant, a pool, and a coffee shop. The beds were comfy, the room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. There’s a small shop in the eastern corridor passed the steps, but also a Tesco nearby, as well as several other shops and amenities. There is a primary school across the street, so it can be “loud” early, but being a parent, that doesn’t bother me (and also depends which way your room faces). There is a beautiful garden in the middle of the complex with great sights, and the location is a less than 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube station and about 15 minute walk to the Victoria station, making it very convenient to get around the city. I will definitely stay here again!!

Stayed four years ago and it was a much different place. Very tired and old. Needs renovations. Best part of the previous stay was the amazing breakfast they had. Although They claim breakfast is included it’s a pastry and a coffee. Expedia booking was also terrible to deal with. I gave up trying to change my stay by a day.

Fit for purpose
Fit for purpose, staff made me feel welcome. Nice for a short stay only. Limited in what you can make in the kitchenette as there was no oven only microwave oven. Sofa, table and chairs were uncomfortable but loved the king size bed, would consider stay again if at a good rate otherwise would stay at another apartment hotel.
