Satisfied

Overall is a good hotel and I will recommend it. - The location is good: Opposite to Hyde Park. Great for travelers who’d like to jog or run during their stay; Close to Lancaster Gate Station. 8-mins walk to Paddington Station. Convenient to take buses. - Room is clear in general. - Staff are also nice and helpful. - Ventilation is not good in washroom. Smell will be trapped after using the toilet. - Ventilation is not very good in the room; Air conditioner is difficult to manage. - The hangers can’t be moved from the closet area. - The shower head is stick to the wall. It will be much better if it is movable. - The menu for the buffet breakfast is same for every day.

Good Location but old facility

It's a good hotel but seems too old, the facility in the room look old. The toilet has a leaking problem, but we only stayed two night so we didn't complain to hotel. But the location is very very good, just beside the Hyde Park.

This hotel can only be rated as a 3-star hotel at most, or even a 2-star hotel. There is no bottled water in the room, only a small piece of soap and a small bottle of body wash. The whole room decoration looks like living in a 2 star room, very disappointed.

The check-in process is smooth. We arrived earlier so we got our luggage stored by a young man. When we tried to get our luggage back, the yang man wasn't there so the gentlemen in his 40 to 50 year old from the reception desk came over to help but he handled my wife's luggage rudely. Instead of bringing the luggage to front of my wife, he pushed the luggage forward from 6 feet away As a result, my wife's luggage with her back pad on top of it felt down heavily. He said sorry for that. Late my wife found out one of her souvenir in her back pad broken. When taking shower, there isn't mechanism to lift off the draining cap at room 371. At 11 pm, when I try to boil some water and found out the coffee cattle isn't work, I reported this issue next morning when I checked out. The staffs are generally kind and polite, and the cleaning of the room is acceptable. The location is good to access Hyde Park.

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was helaas niet wat we ervan verwacht hadden. De kamer was klein en de badkamer nog kleiner, waardoor het comfort behoorlijk te wensen overliet. Na het douchen stond de hele badkamer blank, wat niet alleen onpraktisch maar ook onhygiënisch was. Badkamer kon niet op slot, en je hebt weinig privacy. De airconditioning functioneerde nauwelijks, wat vooral ’s nachts erg onaangenaam was. Ook hadden we constant problemen met de sleutelpasjes; meerdere keren moesten we terug naar de receptie omdat ze niet werkten. Dat is frustrerend, zeker na een lange dag. Het ontbijt was simpelweg onder de maat – weinig keuze, slechte kwaliteit en nauwelijks aangevuld. Al met al zou ik dit hotel niet aanraden tenzij er serieuze verbeteringen worden doorgevoerd.

Convince to transportation was awesome, room was outdated, had a not so good smell when you entered. Breakfast was the same every morning, not much to choose from. My view was terrible. I enjoy the staff the were very knowledgeable, the gave me good directions and even gave me a copy of where I wanted to go every morning without fail.

Hotel us in an excellent location for exploring London as only a few minutes walk away from a tube station. Staff are friendly and helpful and always available. Our room was slightly dated but spotless and more than adequate for our stay. The air con was a welcome bonus! Breakfast was plentiful, hot and very tasty. This was my first visit to London but I'll definitely be back and will book here again, great value for money. Also such a bonus being directly opposite Hyde Park, lovely for a stroll in the evening.

This was an ideal position for Hyde Park events and was easy to walk to Kennsington Palace. Luggage storage was perfect for our trip and the room was clean with great air con! The breakfast was nice but a little dear if not included in a package. The hotel shows signs of aging and wear but was clean and functional. It was the best value for money in the location and I would definitely use it again.

I had a lovely stay at Corus Hyde Park Hotel. The location is perfect — right by Hyde Park and close to public transport, making it easy to explore London. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room, which would have been convenient. Otherwise, everything was great. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting London!
