The hotel is located at a convenient location in central London, but not too noisy for a quiet rest at night. The hotel staff is friendly, and I was able to do an early check-in. However, the interior (e.g. hallway) was a bit older than imagined. The cleanliness of the room was at average with the bed feeling slightly dusty. The tub and one of the towels are also a bit stained as well as some of the utensils. But I find it fixable/acceptable in general. To sum up, I enjoyed the stay but I do feel the price is slightly more expensive for my overall experience.

實在是太方便的位置，到西敏寺，大笨鐘、國家美術館、牛津街、Liverty 百貨、甚至柯芬園都是可步行前往，除了省下不少交通費也可以沿路看看漂亮有歷史的建築物

Excellent place & good Choice for tour
Just close to Embankment & Charing Cross Underground stations-very convenient. Close to pier for taking sightseeing boat tour. Excellent place to visit famous places.

位置非常方便，步行5分鐘左右可以去到國會山莊、大笨鐘，亦可以步行10分鐘左右去到convent garden 購物區，雖然沒有清潔房間服務，但房間清潔，惟獨沖涼花灑喉有滲漏，水力弱，洗頭沖涼非常不爽。而且部分櫃枱服務員態度沒有熱誠，態度傲慢

。位置相當方便，於Enblankment出口行數分鐘便到，位於大街上，很安全。 。柯芬園、倫敦眼、特拉法廣場也是可步行 。房間很大，有煮食爐具提供 。酒店門口及升降機需拍卡才能啟動，安全性很高 。大堂有免費茶包及咖啡可添飲

地點非常好，附近有兩個地鐵站，走路5分鐘。碼頭也在附近，也可以搭交通船。設備保持不錯，非常齊全。浴室有浴缸很舒適，床好睡。非常推薦！

房間面積相對較大，有小廚房，餐具爐具也有提供。有空間放下大型行李。酒店位置非常方便.櫃台員工友善，主動。酒店保安也非常好，只有住客憑著房卡才可進入酒店大堂。

在寸土寸金的伦敦市中心，这个酒店可以说非常超值了，酒店房间很大，Studio room甚至还带个小厨房，酒店员工很热情帮忙，特拉法加广场、白金汉宫、西敏宫、考文特花园、剧院区都在走的范围可到，太方便了

Best stay in London’
Excellent location! Whether planning to visit south bank, china town, soho and west end are all within walking distance! Don’t even mention that the National gallery is so close that you can go every day! There is a Tesco express opens 24/7, Tons of choice for bars and restaurants around the hotel. There are two underground stations near by the hotel! The apartment is spacious (we stayed in a studio type room), and the kitchenette is fully equipped for us to fix a quick breakfast! There is a coffee machine at lobby offer coffee tea and hot chacolate 24 hours! There are extra pillows and also blanket in the room. There is also a safe in the closet. Staffs are very nice and helpful! And I think people must understand this is a service apartment so there won’t be cleaning every day, but they do come to clean on the fourth day of our stay! Seeing some people complaining that they don’t clean the room in their reviews, thought it’s unfair to say so because it’s not a regular hotel! For people need everyday maid service please check other place!

Perfect location
15 mins distance to london eye, westminster and buckingham. Next to tube and train station. Pefect for sightseeing. Service is good and the room is big and tidy, though there is no room service if not staying for over 6 days

地段很好，隔離有M&S，離charing cross地鐵站非常近，巴士線更是可以到達很多地方。真係離特拉法加廣場很近，每天都可以走到那裏。如果想在市中心暫住，係很不錯的選擇!
