The lady (which is alright) put

The lady (which is alright) put us in a double bed room in the back of the reception. We can hear people talking all the time. Dont trust the map, it took us about 15 mins walking (under the heat wave) from Victoria.

We had a family room and the bathroom was very small. No bath mat was given to prevent slip and fall. The bathroom door wouldn't open fully due to the size of the double bed. If it had been 2 twins the room would seem much larger and more accessible. For the price it was ok but next time I would spend more to get a better room in the area.

Reasonable enough for the price. The only concern was that the bed did not have a mattress protector on it, just a sheet. I would expect any hotel to provide and change mattress protectors between guests for hygiene reasons.

Booked the room a few days out and found the room to be comfortable and clean. The bed could do with updating as there was no cushioning over the springs. If you want a quick stay close to the centre of London, it was a great choice for the price. Don't expect bells and whistles though.

I appreciate this is a cheap stay but the bed was so uncomfortable I considered moving hotels in the middle of the night. Huge dents in the mattress and bricks for pillows. Walls a paper thin and the fan in the bathroom was so loud and there was no way to turn it off. Basic facilities were provided though.

The room was to small paint work was dusty and dirty bathroom consisted of a toilet, sink and shower all fitted into a space no more than 2 x1 mts .we will never go back again I'm very disappointed with expdia and will never use them again. 😔

Does what it says on the tin - cheap (for London) and cheerful accommodation in Central London. Bathroom was small - a wet room with a toilet in it, no shower curtain, but the room itself had everything I needed. It was perfect for a midweek overnight stay in central London at an affordable price

Although their website says FREE wifi, they DO NOT OFFER FREE WIFI, IT IS PAID (£5) as of my stay in April 2025. When I went up the stairs to the room on the top floor, the window in the room was open and there were big flies flying around. I was exhausted from traveling, but my first mission in the room was to get rid of the flies. The young guy at the reception (who looked like a student) was asleep when I checked out in the early morning and woke up when I walked through the front desk. I won't stay here again unless I absolutely have to.
