五星级的服务!!
这家位于伦敦中心边缘的四季,其实就在酒店旁的west ferry 搭船,二十分钟就到 london eye,十分钟到 Greenwich. 走十分种的路就可以搭jubilee line 直达伦敦中心各著名的景点。对于喜欢住五星级饭店有不愿花超过三百磅的旅客,是很好的选择。重点是四季的服务完美无瑕,不论那一个环节,都令人满意。面对泰晤士河美景的房间及跑步道,还有什么比这个更享受的呢?

Refreshing stay
We needed a place to stay for an unforeseen day and a half layover resulting from a missed flight (airline’s fault). We got there and just needed to sleep after the horrible travel day we had. They let us extend our late checkout until 3pm. 3pm!!!! I’d never heard of it and it was so welcomed. Also, love the access to Virgin Active pool (where James Bond Skyfall filmed a scene). Hotel room was spacious, the bed had comfy pillows clad in fine silky Egyptian cotton. Our free breakfast was delicious!!! They have their croissants supplied by Delice de France and were so delicious!!! A bit on the pricey side for a quick stay but glad we did it. It reset my attitudw about London again. Will stay again for sure.

Be aware
The hotel is not even close to "five star" and is overpriced. All ratings must be fake and bought. The building in general is in a bad condition and the rooms are dirty with stains on the carpet. And outside in the corridor. Bathroom wasn't cleaned and dirty bed sheets. There was no AC and we couldn't open the windows to let some fresh air in to the room. We left immediately for another accomodation.

Everything was fantastic but check out on 5/17/2023 I have a flight to USA 🇺🇸 but one of the stuff who helping my baggage put in taxi he is very rude and told me don’t come again. I was shocked when I heard this is around 8 am in morning and he is white with bearded guy

Spacious room, regular daily house keeping service, which is rare nowadays, a full proper minibar in the room, room service open until 1 in the morning, overnight laundry, shoe-shine service and many small details you no longer find in other hotels unfortunately

Good but a bit of a hassle for the pool
Overall it was a fantastic stay being that the staff were so accomodating with our requests due to bad weather. However, we felt like the time for kids to use the amenities were too limited to 2 hours only from 8:00-10:30, also due to the rains, we found it very inconvenient to have to walk outside the hotel even if it was just a short walk, being as it was a risk for safety. It’s a bit impractical to have the pool and virgin center outside the hotel

C’est une honte , l’hôtel nous a refusé la chambre sous prétexte que le prix payé à Expédia était bien trop bas ! Nous n’avons pas pu avoir accès à la chambre prepayee alors que j’avais encore téléphoné la veille à l’hôtel pour confirmation de la réservation !!! C’est une vraiecescroquerie !! Avec ma femme et ma fille nous avons dû chercher un autre hôtel au prix du jour ( élève en cette période de Noël à Londres ) Plus jamais de réservation avec Expédia !!!!!

Management/ pay for water bottles from fridge
The staff wasn’t friendly and good. On our check out , I couldn’t believe when the front desk lady asked us to pay for the water bottles we used from the fridge. She said we could have the water if it was on the table. But if we took the same water from fridge then we pay, I mean you pay about £400/ might for your stay and they can’t give water. Late night when we came back, the reception refused to provide water. When we checked in , the manager didn’t know how to check us in and rang a senior for help. With a toddler and 5 hours journey from Bolton, that was a lot of hassle.

Great hotels for City meets but also soa and pool
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is quite fresh. Unfortunately wasnt able yo use the pool and spa but my daughter said they were fantastic. Amazing view of the river. Doston the waiter served every time great over breakfast.

Birthday Stay
Had an overnight stay to celebrate a family birthday. Given a warm welcome and was offered a free room upgrade to acknowledge the birthday. Very good hotel with very welcoming staff.

Canary Wharf Riverside Plaza Hotel Very Poor.
No Tea or coffee making facilities were in the room and when asked to supply the reply was ring back at 08:00. No 24hr room service was available and the Lounge Bar ran out off food in the afternoon. After paying a deposit of £150 to reception still waiting for balance after checking out. Luckily there was a delightful cafe only two minutes away ‘Berra’. I would never stay at this supposedly 5 star hotel again.

Das Hotel hatte vor langer Zeit vermutlich mal den 5Sterne Status. Der ist heute bei weitem nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Die Infrastruktur ist alt und heruntergekommen. Das personal bemüht sich, sagt aber auch, dass sie vom management im Stich gelassen werden. Das war der Preis bei weitem nicht wert.

A welcoming luxury hotel
All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. The adjacent leisure facilities are excellent, especially the views of London from the swimming pool.

Fun location, light fingered staff
The location and views from the hotel are just stunning. We booked a suite for a lovely couple of days in the city but without the want for a cramped room and boring views. Having stayed at other famous hotels locally we looked forward to the unique perspective the Plaza presents, with the water taxi pier almost at the front door. Sadly a bag of Birthday fairly low value gifts were removed from our room, we initially thought this was an error by one of the employees but have since moved to the conclusion sadly they were stolen. The security officer handling to situation seemed genuine at the time, checking CCTV to confirm we had returned from shopping with the items when we said we had. But once we had left to return home we didn’t hear back for over a week, stating there was no CCTV in the corridor and that there was no evidence that the bag had been in the room. A tone in stark contrast to the one presented to ourselves on site, it was as though the hotel didn’t care. Sadly what had fast become a new hide away up town, was reduced to the north return list. As owners of hospitality venues it’s about understanding the situation the owners sadly misread this one. For 10% of our stay, a voucher for for a low amount would have seen us return several times a year,
