As we are located inside the terminal building and due to the the security reasons the hotel strictly cannot hold or take responsibility of the guest luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Also our guaranteed is from 15:00hrs onward. early check-in are chargeable at GBP10 per hour and hour which are as within the standard procedures within most hotel in hospitality industry.
