"This hotel definitely has an unexpected WOW factor for it's location in London, ON. We loved the ambience throughout the hotel and appreciated the thoughtful and fun decor. If you are there as a group, I recommend one guest booking the room with the enclosed patio as it has a high bar table and an additional tv for enjoying sports or a movie or some cards and have a drink! Our only beef was with the hours of the various bars. They all closed at 11 which for a hotel brand like The Hard Rock we were disappointed not to be able to enjoy it all longer. All in all an excellent visit. Would recommend."
"Although the rooms were small, they were very accommodating for people travelling with their pets great coffee machine in the hall to get free coffee day and night, and the complementary breakfast was very well presented and all Staff were quite polite and helpful"
"Very clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast was fabulous and kudos to Donna for keeping the food well stocked. She was excellent at her job! Great stay. Would definitely stay there again."
"It was a great room for 4 people: 2 teens and 2 parents. The room had 2 bedrooms and a sitting area with a pullout bed. Each teen got their own bed and it was VERY nice to have 2 washrooms. No urging someone to hurry up to get your turn. The kitchen was nice too to warm up some food that we brought for my son who is going to Western U. The university was 20 minutes away from the hotel. The 12 noon checkout time was nice to have too as we didn't need to rush to get on our way.
The breakfast was a ok. There wasn't much selection but it was nice to have the sausage and tater tots. The waffle maker was out of order and the only toaster working was kind of slow. But the staff was really nice and she was able to get us some waffles from the back.
The front desk staff overnight wasn't very nice during our stay. I was in need for a battery for my insulin pump and he was not willing to assist me with a spare. Even though he was sitting by a desk with extra tv remotes and batteries. I had to go to a gas station at 3am to find AA batteries.
There was a funny smell outside from the factories and highway close by."
