I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, both TVs in our room kept freezing, making it difficult for us to enjoy our stay. Additionally, despite adjusting the heating temperature, it seemed ineffective.Moreover, we were disappointed to find that the steam room was not operational throughout our stay.
Furthermore, our room lacked basic sanitary products that are typically provided in hotels of your caliber. We did not receive dental care items, water bottles, or body cream, which are essential amenities for a comfortable stay.
I appreciate your prompt attention to these issues, and I hope we can find a resolution to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future stays.
