First the positives. The rooms are well maintained. The gym is clean and has top notch equipment. The food is really excellent and has no garlic no onion options. Housekeeping is really good. The beds and comforters and pillows are superb quality.
Now for the not so good news.
The staff is quite untrained and unprofessional. Some of them were fighting at the front desk and being utterly disrespectful. Not something a guest should ever witness.
For food room service, they literally make you pay before you touch your food tray. I’ve never had that happen in my entire life at any hotel I’ve stayed at with room service.
Same thing with laundry - pay now or I won’t give you your clothes!
The doors are left open most of the time so the lobby is full of mosquitoes. The guests vary from crass to clueless with loud conversations on speakerphones and playing tuneless music loudly. Really obnoxious behaviour. The internet is unreliable as ever and keeps going on and off during the day or evening.
Stay here only if you have no other options, exactly like I did.
