The overall experience was OK, but there were several elements missing and some miscommunications that ended up affecting our stay. Now, I know that this is out of the control of the hotel, but there are frequent power cuts in Kuta Lombok and this led to very very annoying Wifi drops, as well as shutdown of the air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was REALLY small portions so we asked for extra pieces of bread from the kitchen. Due to our inability to communicate with the staff, at check-out they ended up charging us for 2 full extra breakfasts for a total of 4 slices of bread! Had we been warned by the kitchen staff, we would have ordered 2 actual extra breakfasts, not only pieces of bread! The employee at check-out showed no empathy for this situation and only seemed interesting in adding extras to the bill: This is disappointing since we used a lot of the other services of the guesthouse such as scooter rental, minibar, etc. I would not recommend.
