"Location was perfect! It was literally a 4-minute walk from the train station — after a long travel day with a family of 6, that was a blessing. Check-in was smooth with no issues; codes for the gate and room are given prior to arrival, and I got mine around noon. The room was clean, which is always a plus. The mattresses are not exactly built for comfort, but after a long travel day it was nice to actually sleep in a real bed. This is worth mentioning especially if you have kids — ours ranged from 6 to 16, and everyone managed just fine. Overall, this place is perfect for one night while passing through.
Be aware we checked in @6pm after the bernina express so we never actually saw anyone.
The room does not have iron or ironing board. Not a deal breaker but something to consider.
