"Muy buen hotel para pasar la noche en Sondrio! Gestión muy cercana y familiar, se nota que trabajan con vocación de servicio! "The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano."

"We stayed in a Double Room, Balcony with Mountain View. It was a cozy, comfortable room that was well designed for function & storage. Amazing location in central Livigno with free parking at the rear of the hotel. Several restaurants in walking distance, but ended up eating dinner at the hotel. Excellent breakfast was included with our stay. Amazing friendly staff (Elios) who all had time to share a laugh & offer advice. We just wish we could have stayed longer…."

"I throughly recommend this excellent hotel. It is modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of parking. Check in was excellent. My plane had been delayed by 12 hours meaning I didn’t arrive until 3am. The excellent reception colleague helped my taxi driver find the hotel over the telephone and was there to perform a seamless check in. The room was easy and the bed was very comfortable. A fan was provided. The shower and bathroom were fantastic. The spacious balcony provided magnificent views. All restaurant staff were brilliant, every single one polite attentive and helpful. The food selection was varied and delicious. Whilst every member of staff was great, the hotel manager was exceptional, being visible, greeting guests at breakfast and dinner. Without being asked, the manager proactively intervened to help me sort out a transport difficulty going above and beyond expectations to make sure I got where I needed to go. Thank you so much for making my stay a fabulous and memorable experience. Highly recommend this excellent hotel."
