「Breakfast was wonderful. Be early or a bit later after first wave of tourists or you may have to wait in a lineup to eat. Reception was great and went to castle in am before checkout. Just walked over!」

「The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, from check in, to breakfast serving, to check out. Each person was happy and smiling during my stay. Room was clean and tidy, with all the usuals you would expect (ironing facilities, hairdryer, toiletries etc). Will stay there again if in the area.」

「Helpful staff at the front desk. Good to have a community room with kitchen available, stove, kettle, tv, couches, Needs more utensils for eating meals. Helpful to have tea bags, milk, sugar, toiletries etc at the front desk. Very loud banging of doors that Interrupts sleep. Needs silent closures for doors. Needs clothes/ towel hanger in bathroom. Price is too high for very loud noise with doors banging and an interrupted sleep . 」
