「I LOVED the Scotia Lodge, beautiful, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The town feels ‘odd’-abandoned. It is an old “company town” with limited residents, services. The scenery is beautiful there ARE bigger cities nearby. If you are looking for some peaceful, relaxation this is your place. 」

「It was a nice room with comfortable bed, big fridge and microwave, nice TV, easy check in. The only thing I didn't like was that the toilet was very short, similar to those in elementary schoold, which made it challenging to get up and down. Otherwise, it was a good budget hotel.」

「The person that checked us in was friendly. We stayed in room 205 which was a little small but the massively high ceiling made it seem a lot bigger. The bathroom was huge and clean. The sheets on the bed were incredibly soft and the bed was comfortable. The building itself is very cool and has historic photos everywhere. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Best Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. 」
