"The property itself was stunning but I had a number of issues that were not remediated satisfactorily. I booked a suite with a bath and on my first night I was given the wrong room being the smallest and most basic on offer. I was assured by 11am the next morning I would be given the correct room. "They are very unprofessional. Even though I had 2 room reservation for my family, when I checked in they said we have no room reserved. I had to find another hotel by taxi in that time. I never faced this before. That gave me a lot of unnecessary pain after 8 hours of journey. I highly recommend to avoid this hotel."
