Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut! Nur das Frühstück war nicht gut und nicht ausreichend,dafür noch teuer. Alles andere war sehr gut!

Good hotel, convenient location, excellent value

Thotel was good in every way. I encountered a small problem: the hotel would be entitled to charge the whole amount up front in the currency stated - this is the case with ALL Expedia bookings and works very well. This hotel, however, does not charge until the end of the stay. The booking confirmation states: balance due at the hotel: 0 (zero). This is confusing and results in conversation whether the room is already paid for or not, as the customer has no easy way of checking. (Call Expedia, check your bank account or credit card, which credit card?)

Sehr schönes Hotel in dem sehr schönen Ort Loket

Wir waren zum Kurzurlaub im romantischen Ort Loket in diesen Hotel. Dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen , freundliches Personal , sehr gutes Frühstück . Die Zimmer sind sehr schön , auf alt gestaltet . Das Hotel passt sehr gut zum Ort Loket.

Schönes Hotel und Zentrum nahe.

Frühstück gut und ausreichend, nur schade dass der leckere zweite Kaffee dann bezahlt werden musste. Auch schade das der schöne Frühstücksraum abends nicht als Aufenthaltsraum genutzt werden darf.

Super Lage direkt vor der Stadt mit großem Parkpla

Loket ist ein Traum wenn man wie ich mittelalterliche Städte steht. Das Hotel ist voll in Ordung, Besonders das Personal und das servierte Frühstück mit echt perfekten Kaffee ein Traum für den Preis. Nur das Doppelbett war etwas zu klein und die Bettwäsche hat nicht frisch gerochen.

Direkt neben historischer Altstadt

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, da es bei dem Filter "barrierefreies Badezimmer" angezeigt wurde. Leider ist das Haus nicht barrierefrei. Das Haus liegt am Hang und es gibt jede Menge Treppen. Allen die auf eine Barrierefreiheit nicht angewiesen sind, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Es liegt direkt neben der historischen Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön ausgestattet und es gab ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück auf der Terrasse.

Great hotel in very nice area. Rooms are very spacious. For breakfast we could choose from the menu and it was delicious. Parking is available without additional fee. Located near Loket castle.

Very pleasant staff!

There was a mess up with our reservation due to overbooking so we actually stayed at a different hotel (similar) which was arranged by a member of staff of Stein Elbogen. He was very understanding and kind, very customer-oriented and willing to help. He went out of his way to arrange accommodation for us and made sure we were comfortable there. We ended up staying at Cisar Ferdinand but paying at Stein Elbogen for that night. We really appreciate his help! And we will definitely go back to Stein Elbogen and actually experience a stay in rooms full of character!

Hotel für Kurztripp

Für 1-2 Tage in Ordnung, jedoch für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Keine Zimmerreinigung, die Küche besteht nur aus Schränken, kein Kühlschrank, etc. Gutes Frühstück, jedoch nur 1 Tasse Kaffee inklusive. Für Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte werden zusätzlich 2 % berechnet
