Very nice people they let me check in early and we had a great meal at lunch time and then went shopping all day a very safe very clean hotel seems to be well run and then a good area I would definitely recommend it the restaurant stuff is also very nice the waitress was very good and the front desk service was excellent as well

Wonderful choice for a stay in Loja

The hotel is about 1 1/3 blocks from the main square with level ground. Shops nearby ranged from elegant fashion and restaurants (a good variety, to a hair salon, electronics and a dollar store. Located across the street from a bank, the hotel seemed quite secure. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of choices. All the staff were exceptional. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and any requests we made were immediately fulfilled. Our suite was clean and well furnished. We would definitely choose this property if we were in Loja again.

This beautifully designed hotel is conveniently located in the Loja city center. The open architecture design is especially well expressed in the suites, which feature abundant space and contemporary furniture - including bathroom fixtures. This theme ensures distinguished reception and restaurant areas. Furthermore, staff are eager to satisfy - and exceed - guest expectations. For me, the ultimate experience was the breakfast buffet which features local and costal delicacies! It is truly the best local food that I have enjoyed in Ecuador.

Downtown Loja

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, We had a room with 3 beds as I was traveling with my 2 sons. The room had no window but a very noisy air conditioner that was to small for the size of room. Breakfast was very nice and had a good selection. Coffee was ok but as this hotel is located in Loja it should have great coffee as Loja is known for the best coffee in Ecuador. Location was good and parking is only suitable for smaller vehicles as its very steep to get to get in and out of the parking garage in the basement. Overall an OK stay

Great location. Wonderful staff, very helpful and kind. Our room was $76 and it included a first class breakfast for 2. Our flight back to Quito was later in day and they had no problem giving us a late checkout. Wonderful hotel

My favorite aspect of this hotel was the sensational (and varied) breakfast buffet. Dinners were fantastic, too, and quite cheaply priced (by American standards.) The only down-side for me was the lack of sound-proofing -- my room had a portion of what would I'd assumed would be a glass window overlooking the central open-air area, which was actually completely open (save for some ironwork keeping people from climbing through it.)

At the time we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the room we had reserved was not available. Instead, they gave us a room very close to the kitchen, where the noise was terrible early in the morning. We couldn’t get the rest we deserved.

Nice property & rooms. Staff very gracious & helpful. Good base for our stay to explore Loja & day trip to Vilcabamba. Only comment is due to the set up of the hotel - all rooms open to a central atrium of the hotel. No outside windows or way to get air circulation in room. A little humid after taking showers, but mostly stayed comfortable. Overall - very nice experience & would stay again!
