"Just returned from a 4 night break at the PopAlp. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage. Breakfast was lovely everything you need from fruit, breads, pastries etc.The hot breakfast items like back & eggs could have been kept hotter but apart from this everything was "

A toilet that stank and it was hard to enter for the whole family, a balcony that had no sun whatsoever all day, ceilings so thin I felt the family upstairs were literally in my apartment, ski lockers so narrow it was impossible to open lockers etc and when I flagged the issues - no help whatsoever. Our room seemed to smell a bit of old smoke too. Breakfast was ok, and the staff were nice. The boot room was good too "
