「Location is perfect and just beside the Fjord. However, we got a room that the water temperature for shower was not able to adjust so we took a shower with a bit cold water… 」

「We were upgraded to a suite with a beautiful fjord view. It was very handy for the local bus which stopped outside the hotel and a ferry which used the hotel pier. There was no information about the hotel or facilities in the room and it lacked signs to the facilities. We ate at out in the evenings as the buffet was expensive and had to be prebooked plus there was no detail about the choice of food at buffet. midweek this was still tricky as the only other place serving evening meals closed...

「Stort rum, tyvärr några, 5-6 trappsteg uppför när man hade öppnat dörren, tungt att bära upp resväskan. Bra frukost. Vilken utsikt vi hade över vattnet.」

「Hotellet har fin beliggenhet på en høyde over Eidfjord. Hyggelig betjening og OK rom. Ingen middag pga syk kokk, men Thai-mat var å få kjøpt like i nærheten. Et lite minus at TV-en ikke virket, men resepsjonisten løste det på en hyggelig måte med gratis velkomstdrink!」

「The hotel did not change the bed sheet before we checked in. We had to ask for new bed sheets. There was no light bulb on one of the light fixture. There were extension cords in the room for the light fixtures. Overall, I am not satisfied with the hotel accommodation for the price I paid」

「Cabins are near the water. Clean. Towels and linen provided. Reception staffs were helpful and easy to deal with. Common toilets and showers are well kept. Common kitchen equipped with plates pans etc. 」
