Ottimo ringrazio...

「Loved the quirky quaint charactet of the hotel which still had comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely stay again. Helpful staff, especially Agata and Martina. Worst part is RECEPTION IS ONLY OPEN UNTIL 7:00 pm. Must check in remotely otherwise. We arrived at 7:30 and were caught unawares. We almost most gave up and went somewhere else. Once we figured it out, it still took several calls to the hotel, reception problems, etc to finally get the code, and get it to work! Fun little...

「The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. The window cannot be opened, and the room is very dimly lit. The breakfast is just okay; very little food to choose from. It is not worth the...
