"We were very disappointed with our recent stay. The pool was dirty, and on the first morning there were no breakfast items available. We were told the delivery truck hadn’t arrived, but our college reunion had been booked months in advance, and there were more than 15 people in our group staying at the hotel. The pool situation was especially concerning. Several members of our group ended up cleaning the pool themselves and even contacted a local pool company to test the water to ensure it was safe to use. The staff was friendly and did their best, but they appeared overworked, with only one person on duty at a time. As a result, response times were understandably slow. We have stayed here for many years for our college reunion because of the great pool area and bar, which provided a wonderful place for our group to gather. Unfortunately, since the new management took over, the quality of the property and overall experience have noticeably declined. We appreciate the efforts of the staff, but due to the condition of the property and the lack of preparation for our group’s stay, we will be choosing a different hotel for future reunions."
