"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. "I really loved the hotel. We had a very good stay and I would love to come back. The room was very comfortable and the furniture modern and stylish. I also really appreciated the design and the architecture of the hotel and of course the location! There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of heavy rain, most of the activities were canceled when we were there. The only details I think needs addressing is the lighting in the bathroom which is too dim, especially by the vanity. It’s not possible to put make up on or to shave adequately in such dim light. I believe this should be addressed to make your hotel near perfect!! Thank you 😊 "

"Location was in a quiet area with awesome views Loved the sounds.like walking in a tropical jungle Birds and frogs chirping all around.like a symphony in surround sound Dolby ! Our rooms had awesome views and bathrooms had an open air ambiance with rain showers and soaking tub. Vinesh our porter and club car valet was always there when needed.Restaurant staff and food was also top notch.Wished we stayed a little longer.A must stay at Taj when in Munnar !"

"Heaven!! Beautiful views and lots of space to walk around the area. Staff were super nice and the blue ‘pidgeon wings’ tea is sooo nice I had to have more. This was the welcome drink! It quite far to get to from cochi but I would definitely love to come back here. "

"Incredible views! Get the room with the view. It's very peaceful here, staff are attentive and welcoming, on-site restaurant is great. Room was also great, although fan very loud in our particular room - maybe an old fan that needs replacing. Otherwise 5*"
