"Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful.

"Beautiful setting for a relaxing stay at Taki Village. The lake view rooms and so worth it, and you get to watch the lightning some evenings further up the lake. Direct access to the beach which is ideal for a swim. Breakfast was good, and had dinner one night which was also lovely, with very friendly staff. Good amount of very close parking as well, would highly recommend for a break"

"The hotel is really cool and in a very old structure. Appointed very well with modern amenities but still keeping a lot of the old world charm.
