「Beautiful location and accommodations. 」

「Room was clean and with a beautiful view. Very hard to find the entrance Due to our flight, we got there at around 9:30 pm. and everything was dark, rang the doorbell & we were told we should had arrived before 6:00 pm. In the AM we were locked in & was very hard to find a way to get out as no one is around if you need anything.」

Abbiamo usato la SPA (ad uso esclusivo), abbiamo cenato al ristorante (decisamente tra i top dell'intera Sicilia), abbiamo goduto di una sistemazione confortevole e rilassante. Un pò bassino il lavandino.. Ma anche lì magari ero io un pò troppo alta. Ha il parcheggio interno, abbiamo fatto un ottima colazione e siamo stati serviti bene con molta gentilezza ed educazione! 」

「Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet. 「Nice rooms」

「Gorgeous hotel, with all the luxury amenities. Location is right in the center of Taormina, about 50 meters from the Main Street, yet quiet and peaceful. Villa Conrad is owned by the ultra luxury Metropole hotel which is a 3 minute walk away. So guests of Villa Conrad enjoy all the services, pool, etc of the Metropole.」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」
