「Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieterin war super nett und der Kontakt sehr unkompliziert. Das Apartment liegt zwei Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone weg und ist damit sehr zentral, das hat uns gut gefallen. Für die Parkplatzsuche muss man ein paar Minuten einplanen aber das ist total in Ordnung. 」

「Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me. This was my home base while I bounced around...

The availability of coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt along with pastries was so good. The restaurant next door offers italian food and sushi. I will go back and i recommend this wonderful place. 」

「I would 100% recommend this B&B! My friend and I were originally meant to stay 3 nights and ended up staying for 2 weeks! We stayed in both rooms, both were really nicely kept and clean. The host was so kind and attentive - gave us water and breakfast and everything else we needed, she also recommended places to go and to eat in the area and therefore we found some really beautiful places - such as Scilla which is only a short journey. The area in Reggio is great as there is lots to do and see...

「Clean private room and bathroom with shared reception area. Comfy bed, good AC, great shower pressure and hot water. 20 min walk to train station. Would stay again You can hear other guests entering and exiting their rooms,but at reasonable hours.」

The owner and his partner were very friendly and sent us recommendations even though we only stayed one night. Messina is gorgeous so we’ll go back. The Lungomare promenade is very easy to walk to and breakfast at the bar next door was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean with nice towels and amenities. Very easy to access the building and room with a card. We would stay again in the future.」
