"Firstly, the hotel had a Good location, friendly staff and good food. Disappointing that the snack bar was closed during our stay and all inclusive drinks was limited and only until 10:30, hot drinks were also limited to morning times. Entertainment was lacklustre and mainly for an older audience. The hotel rooms were basic but were cleaned daily. Overall an ok stay, but you could get better for the price."

"Juan Andres was the best, extremely clean and well maintained. OnBoarding with mandatory ID upload is BEYOND STUPID in an era where security breaches happen all the time even if you spend millions on securing the backend. This is beyond a privacy invasion and they require it each time, mind-boggling when you know hackers sell data set on the darkweb. I understand the need to ensure safety but scanning passport to send this thru checkin in the UK or wherever for data processing is an affront to privacy rights and find this abusive."

"Large room, small bathroom with balcony on the street behind a hedge. Street very noisy all night. Excellent selection for buffet breakfast both hot and cold. Poolside bar and terrace and solarium which wasnt being used much. Luggage room available on checkout day and very helpful reception staff."
