Big & Excellent quiet spa resort type hotel after a long days drive. Perfect place to recharge & enjoy pool/hot tub & meal. Lounge area & board games available too. Acomodates for tour buses too, accessible elevator, large free parking area. Large, meticulously clean dining room with full brkt buffet & omelet bar made to order.

El hotel está bien, el personal muy correcto, la piscina bien, el aparcamiento perfecto. El único problema que encontré es que por culpa de Hoteles.com pensé que tenía el spa incluido un día ya que en la reserva dice "spa completo" y no así, había que pagar 23 euros de suplemento por persona para 1 hora y media en las instalaciones.

Très bel hôtel et très bel emplacement. Très tranquille. Le stationnement est facile d'accès et sécuritaire. Les gens sur place sont extraordinaires. Les repas (buffet du soir et du déjeuner) sont délicieux et plusieurs options sont disponibles. Le seul bémol est l'odeur d'humidité de la literie et le plancher de la chambre qui ne semblait pas très propre - la salle de bain était parfaite.

BIEN EL DIA QUE ESTUVIMOS EN EL BALNEARIO ( teniamos dos de concertados y PAGADOS) Pero por causas familiares y graves el SEGUNDO DIA no lo pudimos disfrutar , pues salimos a toda prisa hacia GALIZA , donde tenemos un familiar muy enfermo en Hospital , y al SALIR DE ROCALLAURA pedimos en Recepcion si nos podian hacer un vale (del dia PAGADO Y NO DISFRUTADO) ya fuese en mismo Rocallaura o bien en el de GUITIRIZ , y la RESPUESTA fue de que tenian que consultarlo , a dia de hoy no nos han dicho NADA DE NADA,,, Cosa que entendemos que no es corre?ta pues ha sido por una causa de fuerza mayor . EN FIN SI PUEDEN USTEDES HACER ALGO QUEDARIAMOS MUY AGRADECIDOS , TANTO SI ES EN ROCSLLAURA como si es en GUITIRIZ. Mejorar y mucho la comida en bufet. Pobre, pobre, pobre Uno de carne, uno de pescado dos de verduras y uno de macarrones. MUY poca variedad y calidad en los platos que ofrecen. El desayuno un NOTABLE alto El mantenimiento, un poco descuidado, para regular las bisagras de la puerta existen ARANDELAS, estaban con unos alambres haciendo como tal. .El personal muy bien

La atención fue excelente. El hotel es muy lindo y moderno. El servicio de spa hay que pagarlo aparte. El desayuno es muy bueno también. Lo único que nos pareció distinto es que la presión de la ducha era bastante pobre pero nada determinante.
