We were really disappointed about this hotel , the room was really sad, the bathroom didn’t have any door- the walls were moody- the smell on the hall ways was really bad- some towels had stains. The staff really try to compensate us with a great breakfast, but we just wanted to rest after a long trip-

Great place

Great place to stay, easy to get to even if in the city center. Parking on site is a bonus. Staff very helpful. Only issue we had was that the Wifi coverage is pretty poor.

The hotel itself, its location, and cleanliness were acceptable. However, we experienced several issues with the service and communication. The staff provided incorrect information regarding the tea service; we were told it was free, but later we were charged, and informed that only hot water is free. In addition, the room key cards needed to be updated at the reception every day after returning late, which was inconvenient. At night, the receptionist had very limited English and asked us to speak Spanish, which made communication difficult. The most serious issue, however, is related to the invoice. We forgot to request it at checkout, and although we emailed the hotel afterward, we have not received any response for more than 10 days despite several follow-ups. When we called, we were asked to send the request again, but still there has been no reply. For comparison, we contacted another hotel (Nadal Hotel) and they responded immediately and professionally, which highlighted the lack of responsiveness here

My first room had permanent stains in the tub, the blanket was ripped and had stains, part of the closet door was missing, there was a leak from the ceiling that dripped all night and created a puddle of water on the floor, and the room lacked all basic amenities, including a glass for water. The next day, the lock to the door stopped working. I had to wait at the hotel 2.5 hours before they could clean a different room and allow me to move into that one. That room was cleaner (although it had a huge crack in the wall), but the air conditioner didn't work on a day when the high reached 37 degrees Celsius (98 degrees Fahrenheit). It made for a long and uncomfortable night. Additionally, there is no way to lock the door from the inside, which meant that on two different occasions, hotel staff unexpectedly entered my room while I was in it! And while I believe they entered innocently thinking the room was empty, it was very uncomfortable to know that people could enter the room at any moment and without warning. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Este Hotel tiene esta reformando una parte del mismo, con la idea de acabar siendo un 4* superior, pero en mi opinion creo que no deberian vender estas habitaciones sin acabar, en mi caso es cierto que habia un TV nuevo enorme, pero no habia conexion de antena, el banyo estaba sin acabar aunque tenia lo minimo indispensable, en general estaba limpio pero con manchas todavia de la obra tanto en la habitacion como en los pasillos de entrada, tanto la ventana como el balcon estaba todavia viejo, y estaba todo muy poco calido al no tener nada de decoracion, la verdad es que me lo vendio la chica como que me habia tocado un premio y fue todo lo contrario, a un companero mio le paso igual. El personal era excelente pero no se puede defender lo indefendible... al precio que pagamos...

O hotel está em reforma a parte interna do quarta está com pintura por fazer, numeração dos quartos colada de durex em Papel na parede, elevadores em péssimo estado, cheiro de tinta, puxadores de armário em fita adesiva! Um Horror, só não fui embora não era reembolsável e já era meia noite!

La habitación estaba descuidada, nos tocó en el piso 3, la pintura se estaba despegando, los roda pies igual, podría ser humedades no sólo descuido. Es una hab muy pequeña y los grifos y tuberías de las han de al lado se oían mucho. Nada insonorizados ni con el interior del pasillo ni con las hab de los lados Para el precio pagado esperaba una mejor calidad.
