「The Mariner's is and always will be my first choice when visiting Haverfordwest (my home town). The rooms are comfortably spacious, spotlessly clean with a generous bathroom. The staff always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Something i have not mentioned in previous reviews, excellent tv reception and very good & stable wi fi. I mention it because i have used Premier Inns in the past and (in 3 different locations) and both services are pretty woeful.」

「Welcoming staff. Clean room with 2 chairs, which we used to sit by the window to admire the view of the water. It’s amazing how many hotels only provide one chair in double rooms. Good evening meal and breakfast. Nice lounge, on our floor, which we used to sit and read on a rainy afternoon. We would book again if coming to the area. 」

「We had an excellent stay here, perfect location to walk into Saint David’s and the rooms were spotless. Great service from the staff. We tried the veggie and the Vegan breakfast for a change and was not disappointed especially the vegetable sausages! Parking is easy too with no access issues. 」

「Stayed in a single budget room which was clean and comfortable. The staff and owner make you feel very welcome. Good breakfast and well stocked bar - nice pint of Guiness. No complaints and great value. Pay and display car park a stones throw at £3 for 24 hours. No food in the evenings but would recommend the Dolphin chippy down the hill. Made a pleasant change from the corporate hotel chains.」
