"The hotel sells day passes to the pool area so it is effectively unusable for hotel guests. Every day there will be more day pass guests than there are lounge chairs and there are always numerous children. The hotel staff also so not enforce the rules of the pool at all. We had to leave the hotel ..."

"It is a beautiful hotel with unique decor and a peaceful, isolated setting that is perfect for relaxing. The staff were kind. The restaurant food was average compared to what you can find in Oaxaca. However, the hotel could be more thorough with its cleaning, as our room was quite dusty."

"Todo estaba en su sitio. Lo único es que me perdí al llegar porque googlemaps me mandó a Prolongación Eucaliptos que está al otro lado de la avenidad. Hay que tener cuidado con eso. No vi a nadie en ningún momento, todo es autoservicio."
