「A nice big room with ample parking. In a quiet location just outside the town. No staff on site but a key lock to each room. Spoke to staff on the phone who were very helpful to check everything was ok. 」

「Lovely staff, fast food nearby. Dont be fooled by thinking its a short walk to the train station! (Google tells you to walk along a dual carriageway) the station does however have free parking. Or a 20 minute walk through an industrial estate. A convenient hotel for anyone going to concerts or events in Cardiff.」

「The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. 」

「The room and hotel is generally clean but perhaps some parts can do with being refreshed. For example the room carpet could do with a shampoo and a lick of paint here and there. But all the staff were very friendly and very polite and helpful too. Highly recommended.」

We didn't get chance to use the pool so can't comment on those facilities but what we could see from the window looked good. There was air conditioning in the restaurant but not in our room so that made the room quite hot and stuffy even with the window open. However, there was a fan in the room and that did help a little. Overall the stay was comfortable.The stay was worth the money I spent for two nights.There are porcelain cups and bowls with few spoons.But you may carry plates if you wish to eat something.It would have been much better if they had repaired the wall mounted heaters to warm the room because the weather was cold.Instead there was the portable heater which took much time to heat up the...

「Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. 」
