「Very nice hotel, perfectly positioned on the sea front, lovely decor and interior. All staff very helpful and approachable Claire on Reception really stood out for her helpfulness and Abbie one of the breakfast waitresses who smiled and helped whenever approached even under pressure. lovely, clean and spacious room with balcony on floor 5 , Breakfast and service was exceptional good range of choice, constantly replenished. Additional items were available to be freshky cooked for a small cost...

「The staff was amazing and attentive.
But there was a lot of hidden costs as well as the property on Expedia being mid marketed. The spa is not included in price you pay. You have to pay additional as you have to with everything else.
Even washers and dryer are paid for. 」

「Room and bedroom were lovely, french doors with garden outdoor view , you would not expect that from the front door of your room and the front area , bit shabby and dated, saying that bathroom very dated was clean but could do with modernization.
Pool was my biggest let down, small very busy and again generally little shabby , temp was good , but I didn't stay in for long , on our visit jacuzzi was full of young lads , all friends couldn't get near it . Quite a walk to breakfast from our room/...
