蘭德法爾出租度假屋

「Well maintained and characteristic property with exposed beams and period features combined with modern decor and facilities. The only thing to be aware of is there is no shower in either bathroom (likely due to low ceilings), although both have a mixer tap with a showerhead so you can sit / kneel and shower this way. 「Great location. Quiet area. Good value for money. Ideal size for a couple. Pet friendly. Perfect base for hiking as only a short drive to popular peaks. Parking tricky due to narrow street, limited spaces. Kitchen basically a conservatory, so most of the day time difficult to spent time in due to heat (late June). Would be very cosy in winter, autumn or early spring. 」

「Good communication pre visit with host. Clean and tidy. All facilities in place. Nice village location. Parking available for car just outside cottage although parking a bit tricky - tight spot!!」

「Lovely cottage and wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Ideally site near the centre of Hay and a great base for local walks.」

「Great location, very friendly and helpful owner (Steve), excellent facilities and very comfortable holiday home ….with 7 days of 20+ temperatures and wall to wall sunshine ! …only very slight negative being that the windows could prob do with a better clean given the great views. Steve’s recommendation of the Seven Stars at Aberedw about 2 miles away was also excellent…nothing fancy about the food but very tasty, good portions and a really nice environment in a community owned country pub.」
