「We booked the comfort chalet room but was given a double standard room instead. They have double booked by accident. I still kept the 5-star rating because 1.) The price for both were the same anyway 2.) Even established hotels make the same mistakes with double-booking. 3.) The staff, especially Priscilla and Imelda took exceptionally good care of us! They are obviously a lodge on soft opening period, most of the area is still under construction but the rooms were spotless clean. The breakfast...

「We had the pleasure of staying at Kamunjila lodge for two separate nights during our time in Zambia and we absolutely loved our time here. The lodge felt like a home away from home and the friendly staff (Stanley and Conti in particular) really went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. The rooms are spotless and the lodge’s common space is a quiet oasis. Thank you for hosting us and we would love to return if we ever visit Zambia again!:)」

Some of the staff at the front desk were amazing and went above and beyond to help us book our...

The next morning,we went to get breakfast before we left for the day. The information in the room says 6:30 am. They wouldn't let me sit in the room. Breakfast wasn't being put out when we left at 7:15 am. Friday, we were gone most of the morning and our room had no clean towels and wasn't cleaned. We had to go and ask. It was questionable if we were...
