"Room was very nice clean comfortable. On check in we were put on the 2nd floor. The clerk said when you book on line you are automatically put on the 2nd floor. We are two seniors and climbing stairs (especially carrying a lot of luggage) is difficult. He also made a few negative comments about booking on line. When I asked if we could get a room on the main floor he said he could call his manager but that it would cost 20.00 dollars more. We kept the second floor room but all the ice machine etc were on the first floor. No elevators. It’s a big hotel with many rooms. At breakfast there were 2 tables for 2. And 3 tables for 4. That’s it. So needless to say we had no where to sit so up stairs and down a long hall we traipsed with our food and drinks. One of the tables were set in under the stair case so the poor people were sitting under people walking up and down with openings between the stairs had stuff falling on there table. From the clerks comments it was clear he was disdainful of people booking on line. The facility itself was quite suitable."
