Piacevole soggiorno

Ottimo hotel in centro. Pulita e curata la Spa. Bella e accessoriata la camera al terzo piano, non ci è mancato nulla. Ottima la cena ma non posso dire altrettanto per la colazione. Non consiglio le brioche, troppo secche e le fette biscottate bruciate per malfunzionamento della macchina. Per il resto è stato un piacevole soggiorno.

Personale cordiale, ottimo servizio e pulizia

Personale molto disponibile. Camere pulite e anche per ciò che riguarda il Covid-19 molto organizzati. Diversi disinfettanti disposti in vari luoghi. Per l'utilizzo della spa su prenotazione. Unica pecca ma sicuramente non per colpa dell'albergo è la colazione ad orari. Noi avevamo l'orario dalle 09.30 e quando siamo arrivati era pieno perché quelli prima di noi non hanno rispettato l'orario.

Great location and very nice hotel!

Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. I am writing this before breakfast buffet but I am sure it is nice, restaurant looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Kinderfreundlich & Pistennah

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt und zu den Pisten ist es ebenfalls ein Katzensprung. Der Spa-Bereich ist hervorragend auch das die Kinder ihre eigene Poollandschaft haben und auch einen Spielbereich mit Klettter- und Rutschmöglichkeiten verfügt ist großartig. Die Zimmer haben fast alles und sind geräumig. Im Bad gibt es einige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, unter anderem ein stärkerer Fön und Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern wäre super. Auch Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad fehlen. Aber Das sind nur kleine Kritikpunkte. Denn das Hotel kann man empfehlen und wir waren nun ein zweites Mal drin.

Lyxigt hotell för hela familjen

Personalen var supergullig och maten var helt fantastisk!!! Hotellet hade fint lekrum med personal för barnen och en jättemysig spa-avdelning. Vi kommer definitivt åka tillbaka!

Bel albergo in ottima posizione

Perfetto per Livigno, parcheggio coperto incluso, ottima cucina, peccato solo per la povera offerta di frutta a colazione: mele pere carote e ananas in scatola, peccato d'estate non offrire pesche o albicocche o altra frutta che in questa stagione è anche a basso prezzo... Camera pulita e tranquilla, mancava sapone mani e doccia (c'era solo nella vasca da bagno) personale gentilissimo. Buon rapporto qualitá prezzo.
