This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional.

Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. Breakfast hard work to obtain a nice coffee such as Cafe Late. After heavy snow hotel didn’t clear any snow from walk ways unlike all other hotels in area. No care for customers. Staff never said hello in mornings or on return in evenings which is basic level customer service. vanity mirror was hanging off its fixing. Lacking in care and waiting staff at breakfast seemed quite disorganised so had to request bread and meat/cheese be replenished. Our double delux room was quite basic and quite small compared to similar lrice level hotels in the area. Disappointed and won’t be returning to this hotel as we found much nice ones in livigno

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel war ruhig und hat eigene Parkplätze. Das Frühstück war sehr Gut und Ei Variationen wurde frisch bereitet. Ingesamt hat es uns sehr gefallen.

Una notte non del tutto bene

Questa volta non è andato benissimo. La camera era pulita, fornita di filtri tè e caffè. Il materasso era durissimo, molto scomodo! Un solo cuscino a disposizione, che faceva tanto sudare. Alle 8,15 è arrivata la cameriera del piano, per dire di andare via se è possibile perché deve pulire per i prossimi ospiti. Colazione veramente misera, con la cameriera che si era “sclerata” urlando in cucina, perché aveva troppo da fare. Non so se torneremo ancora.
