Straightforward and great value accommodation. Suited the needs of me and my two children for a short visit to Liverpool. The property had everything we needed and the check-in and arrival procedure was clearly explained. The property is a bit away from the city centre, but we knew this at the time of booking and there were different bus options to get to the city centre and plenty of space to park a car if you needed it.

After waiting 3.5 hours to get inside the property, because they were unable to send a simple email and even the booking site did not have a phone number where the could be reached, the place was stinking and the bathroom/shower was horrible. During the wait and after a few hours inside there was a fight going on which almost made me call the police, but after hearing someone almost break down a door I decided I would rather just leave the place then be in the middle of it. Place could do with a start over under proper management
