"I wanted to raise a couple of concerns regarding my stay, as the experience fell significantly below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. First, the $19 parking fee is difficult to justify given the complete lack of enforcement. After paying, I was not asked for a license plate number, and there appears to be no monitoring in place. This raises a fundamental question as to what the fee is actually for. In practice, it creates an unfair situation where guests who comply are charged, while others could easily park without consequence. Additionally, the hotel is located in an industrial area with abundant parking, which further makes this charge feel unreasonable. When I asked staff, the only explanation provided was that “it is Silicon Valley,” which is not a meaningful justification. Second, I was very surprised that there were no food or coffee options available after 11 a.m., even on a Saturday. I was unable to get even a basic hot latte, as staff stated they had already “filed the report.” For a hotel of this category, the complete lack of basic daytime service is unacceptable. Overall, these issues made the experience feel far below four-star expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I would appreciate if you could address these concerns accordingly."

"I’m honestly surprised this hotel has such high ratings because our experience was very disappointing. Walking into the property felt more like stepping into an outdated motel than a hotel. While I understand that you “get what you pay for,” the ratings online made us expect something much better, so it felt very misleading. The first room we were given had lights that didn’t even work, so we had to go back and request another room. The replacement room we were given clearly wasn’t ready yet. It looked poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. The bathroom vent was covered in dust, there were patched holes in the walls, and the tub and fixtures looked worn and poorly maintained. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well cared for, and it definitely did not match the expectations set by the reviews or photos online. Unfortunately, this experience made the stay feel very disappointing."
