「Too loud in AM」

「The staff were very nice and professional. The room was very clean and the AC was on making it lovely when I got inside reasy to rest. The breakfast attendant was also very nice and helpful. Overall it was a great stay!」

「I stayed for two nights, the first night was okay, the second night was very bad, I saw cockroaches in the room, it was very noisy upstairs at 5 in the morning, I couldn't sleep well, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and I had to wait for a long time at the front desk」
