"Checked in about 3pm went shopping and dinner.. Came back to room hot.. Tried to adjust air conditioner with no luck .had my wife rich is Chinese call front desk to complain was told no a/c because outside cold just open windows..at 130 am room temperature was 80 degrees I called front desk and asked if anyone speaks English someone came on phone then when I explained about situation I was told he didn't understand me.. At 200 am we checked out I asked for manager no one came to help or try to...

"For the price, I have nothing to complain. The hotel is close to long distance bus hub, and 5 minute taxi ride from train station. It shows age, but usable. The front desk struggled a bit to register a foreigner guest as required by government, but they are friendly. I stayed at 11th floor, still a bit noisy during day time because of the location, but it is generally ojay after 10pm."

"For the record, I don’t normally give five star reviews for hotels as I always keep a very high standard for hotels, however, this is not the case for Hyatt Place Liuzhou. My family was properly greeted upon arrival and was upgraded to a better room with gorgeous river view. This hotel matches every single standard in my mind as a frequent business traveler and I see no room for improvement at all. The complimentary breakfast is phenomenal and everything is delicious and savory. Hotel staff are well trained, polite and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to all my peers and colleagues and I look forward to lodging in this hotel in the near future. "
