「 I truly felt this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First of all, the front desk employee was neither welcoming nor clear in her communication. There also seems to be a serious staff shortage, only one valet attendant & one front desk employee.
There was no one available to help us carry our luggage to the room, despite the fact that we had a child & three suitcases
No one even attempted to help or find someone to assist us with the luggage.
We had to carry everything to...
