「Nice as always」

「We spent the first night at the Village Cay, prior to boarding our bareboat sailing charter. We also spent the final night at Village Cay, after our week long sail tour. The central location in Road Town and adjacent to the marina docks worked very well for us. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, taverns, etc. within easy walking distance. She greeted us with a huge smile and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She was especially helpful with local knowledge and gave amazing dinner recommendations! 」

「The harbor could be viewed . Staff was friendly but the property is rundown and dirty. The pool was small and covered. We didn't swim. Wouldn't stay there again」

「The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. 」

「Everyone and everything was great. The food not so much. Room service was a crap shoot. Sometimes food showed up hot. Other times it was 2 hours and not hot. Breakfast and the service was always good. Dinner wasn’t. No coffee shop no ice cream. It’s a 35dollar cab ride one way to Roadtown. However we’d go back. The pool was beautiful. The beach amazing. Quiet. Warm water.」

I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful. 「Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). We had some rain on our trip so a few more rainy day options would be a good addition. Loved that all water toys were included, find a kayak, pool noodle, stand up paddle board, you could use it.
