「Stacie is a great hostess! The unit was quite clean when we arrived and stocked with a number of small features that most don’t think to include, but are super nice to have (like bug spray to use in the beautiful backyard), and super comfortable beds and living room lounge furniture. 「I loved the energy of this hotel. There was a conference going on and it made the atmosphere so warm. It was completely booked but that added to the excitement of why we were there (a concert.) It is so close to the arena that walking is a breeze. The restaurant was great and the staff were friendly, in spite of being overwhelmed with so many people. I can’t wait to stay there again」

「The Empress is in/near a very nice/cool/fun section of Main St. Good food. Solid galleries. At least two very interesting antique shops. Wonderful ice cream shop. The Community Bakery is very good for pastries, coffee, breakfast or lunch. At the Empress James is a perfect host and took care of everything we needed. We would stay again if our travels take us back to Little Rock.」

「I loved staying at this historic, old world hotel for a week.The rooms are elegant, clean and spacious. I was in town doing wedding planning with my daughter and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly & accommodating. I felt so special. My husband could not be there, so I was traveling alone, yet always felt safe and comfortable. Their drivers were top-notch gentlemen who took me anywhere I needed and promptly picked me up. Their 2 restaurants were wonderful & spiced pecans are out of this...

「There were multiple stains and a really weird smell (not a good one). There was chipped paint in the bathroom as well. The smell is what concerned me the most idk what that was but it was like bad perfume. Bed was comfortable and amenities worked.」
