"Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. Don't be put off by it's roadside position. The rooms are located at the rear of the hotel, with stunning views overlooking the river and Abbey. Our room had french doors out on to the riverside. Super friendly and courteous staff. Look forward to staying again"

"Beds very comfortable and a good shower. Only concerns were the air conditioning units outside were noisy during the night and the kettle needed replacing as the cord was frayed. Also the company associated with the hotel concerning breakfast need to make sure the food on the buffet is hot, a cold cooked breakfast was unpleasant. Thank you"

"Room had a great view. Ideal location to nip in to the new forest but also wasy to get too. Nice indian restaurant next door, but even better pub round the corner in nomansland called the lamb. Hostess was great and full of helpful ideas on where to go."

"What a great location for central Frome, lovely staff, great breakfast range and the parking was very handy even having a back door to access easier. "

"Housekeeping was outstanding. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.The food was excellent and the range of beverages extensive. Prices were reasonable. The only improvement could be the toilet in my room. The pointless cabinet under the sink needs removing so that taller guests can actually sit comfortably and the flush was poor. Otherwise a lovely stay and I would recommend and go again for sure. "
