「Everything was going very well until Saturday at 4:00 pm, when we returned to the room to enjoy some T.V. and deal with some email. Lo and behold, however, the internet went down and never returned. Since their T.V. reception is streaming, it was out also. Not good. It was still out when we checked out on Sunday at 8:00 am.」

「My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room.
