「Good experience overall. Close to attractions.」

「Room is clean and the blue mansion is very beautiful indeed. The breakfast is a semi-buffet and very tasty. AC is very strong and the room offer cool respite from the heat」

「we're reserved 3 rooms totally from Jun 30 to Jul 5, there wasn't clean up in noontime when we went back to the hotel, luckily there was only one room on 1st floor without cleaning. Of course, we then raised out to the Frontier.」

「很喜歡這個historical style的房間，房間寬敞舒適。」

「Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby. Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside. The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious 」

「The mattresses, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable, which is essential for travelers. The indoor swimming pool, though small, had a nice ambiance and lighting design, especially in the evenings. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me, a traveler with limited English skills, for which I am very grateful.」

「Generally a decent hotel with great facilities and room size. Could have put more emphasis on small details like choice of light switches (looks white and very plain, not matching the vibe). One thing to note that if you book room on the victory annexe, you’re not able to use facilities (swimming pool and breakfast) at the heritage wing. But you got your own pool and breakfast location at Victory Annexe. Overall it’s still a great option at Penang!」

「I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The property is beautiful, but it’s the staff and service that truly set this place apart. Throughout my stay, all the staff were incredibly attentive, helped me find my way around the best local spots, and had the most positive and helpful attitude all round. The location was also perfectly placed in Georgetown, close to all the tourist spots whilst not being on a busy or noisy road. Breakfast was included and, much like the heritage of Penang itself, I was...

「Room is big, with lots of traditional decorations. The air-con is super nice. The breakfast is good. Location is good too, close to city centre and tourist attractions.」
