Not a good start as we walked into our family room to find they had not cleaned it and beds were still a mess. The rooms smelt of air freshener that was too strong. There was a party in the room next to us that kept us awake until 4am. Crazy.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked. The man at checkin was pleasant On the down side, the tv did not work, the furniture was old and knocked about, there was no light bulb in one of the bedside lights, the towels were very thin, one of the pillows was dirty, the inside of the jug was dirty, there was no soap

We were given a smokers room although we were non smokers. It had been sprayed and cleaned with a bleach substance so strong that it took the breath and left me with respiratory issues for several days. There were 2 chairs in the room. One had a broken leg. The lock on the door was dodgy possibly as a result of having been forced at some time. We have stayed at this motel before quite happily but won't in the future

Curtains we’re broken microwave didn’t work kettle worked when it wanted shower shelf broken air conditioning broken no cups or bowls Felt unsafe as drug users and terrible smoke smell my feet were black from carpet. Feel bad giving this review stayed for three days and moved next door to Karinga which is very clean.

Absolutely feral. Nothing is clean. Hair everywhere. Pilllows and stains everywhere. This is beyond digusting. I will be making a huge complaint to the department!

No one present when we arrived. We had paid online for an executive room and were put in an ordinary room - this was rectified. No toilet paper in the room. I think the young man running it needs a lot more experience. No apology. Maintenance is required on door locks. - RP7.

Curtains dont cover entire window .. passers by able to see in. AirCond missing parts and is positioned so you can only have it blowing straight down on you. Coffee xcups and bathroom benchtop not cleaned properly. NO REMOTE !!!for the TV. The buttons are all on the tv so you have to get out of bed to change channels volume or switch off. Wont be using that one again.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. Even the bedding smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom was dirty. It was mostly quiet except some loud shouting and swearing on one occasion from another guest at 3am.

The room was filthy. We couldn't sleep in the bed as the blankets were dirty. We had a family deluxe room with no hand towel, 1 bowl for breakfast. Not enough cutlery. Place smelt very damp. Noisy neighbours all night. Pretty sure drug addicts staying there.

Well, I was quite disappointed, the room smelled like mould the moment I walked it. And there were two visits from the police to the property in the 2 days that I stayed there. First for an abusive/domestic issue and second because another occupant robbed the room 2 doors from mine. I didn’t feel safe there. Very disappointing stay.

No one was there for check in and a phone call went to message bank so a bit frustrating. We also weren’t warned that the road would be closed on Sunday making it difficult to get out. Clean and tidy, but there was a lack of staff on site when needed.

Within close flat walking distance to the Lismore CBD, cafes and clubs. My room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed, good sized fridge, microwave, TV & wifi connections. The shower / ensuite was a good size and had received a good bleach treatment prior to my use, which I assume is to meet COVID requirements. The strong smell was removed upon using the shower. Overall good value for money, though there were some occasional late night noise issues, last for only a few minutes on both nights of my 2 night stay, but occurred from different room guests.

The room was NOT as pictured on Motel site, we were deceived. We had no lamps, no phone, stained towels, fresh stains on Queen doona cover, toothpaste in bathroom sink, old toilet seal on floor under toilet. We found an old wooden picture and an empty flute case under single bed, they had been there for quite some time too. The room was disgusting. I'll never book with these people again! Seriously do yourselves a favour, stay elsewhere!
