「The property was very nice. The room was well appointed and the bathroom was pristine! We hit at a heat waves which was unusual so the only drawback was no air conditioning however everything else was great and breakfast was lovely in the morning」

「Poor communication and customer service. We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room.
