Upon my arrival, Gil was so helpful in accommodating my specific needs for my trip! The hotel is very well kept and it’s conveniently located near restaurants, bakeries, and importantly all the sites if you’re visiting to walk the path of St. Therese. My room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely come back again!

The room, although small, was comfortable.However, the staff did not know what they were doing when they charged my account for the breakfasts. I was overcharged €38,74. Am in the process of recovering this amount.

Zunächst wurde das Zimmer als nicht bezahlt eingestuft, dann wurde uns ein falscher Zimmerpreis berechnet bzw. wir hatten ein Zimmer der höheren Kategorie gebucht und ein anderes erhalten. Das WLAN hat auch nicht funktioniert und es hat niemanden interessiert. Der Rezeptionist ist auch für das Lokal zuständig und dementsprechend hat er sich auch verhalten.

Somptueux

Très très bon hôtel. Je suis arrivé un dimanche soir et dans l’ascenseur il est indiqué que le restaurant n’est pas ouvert le dimanche. Mais quelle surprise de voir finalement le restaurant ouvert même le dimanche soir. C’est un régal et le rapport qualité prix est plus qu’excellent. La chambre était superbe et le confort au rdv. Je n’ai pas profiter du balcon en décembre hélas mais nul doute que l’état c’est encore un plus.

Aunque ya habia pagado la habitacion y el desayuno, el hotel me ha hecho pagar la habitación. Ahora me dicen que he de escribirles un mail para solicitar la devoución. Ruego por favor, requieran al establecimiento con urgencia para que me devuelvan los 99 euros que cobraron anoche cuando llegue pues la habitación aya estaba abonavna a ytraves de hotels.com.

Excellent séjour. Chambre propre, tres bien équipée avec des solutions de rangements pour séjours longs. Literie excellente. SdB rénovée et très bien équipée. Personnels extrêmement gentils, disponibles et aux petits soins. Le restaurant est de très bonne facture et les serveurs de bons conseils. Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter le carmel et la cathédrale de sainte Thérèse à pied.
